Title:
HYDRAZINE COMPOUND AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF OPTICAL ANISOTROPIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016084349
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrazine compound useful as a raw material for production of a polymerizable compound, a polymerizable composition, a polymer and an optical anisotropic material, which can give an optical film that has a practically low melting point and excellent dissolving property with a general-purpose solvent, can be inexpensively produced, shows low reflection luminance and achieves uniform conversion of polarized light in a wide wavelength range, and to provide a production method of an optical anisotropic material using the hydrazine compound.SOLUTION: A specific new hydrazine compound is provided. Also provided is a production method of an optical anisotropic material including: a step of allowing the hydrazine compound to react with a carbonyl compound to obtain a polymerizable compound; a step of forming an alignment film on a substrate; and a step of forming a liquid crystal layer comprising a polymer obtained by polymerizing the above polymerizable compound or polymerizing a polymerizable composition containing the polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator, on the alignment film.SELECTED DRAWING: None
