Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller capable of preventing peeling of an erosion resistance layer on a wall of a flow passage, the flow passage using a composite material containing resin.SOLUTION: On a wall 15 configured to section a flow passage 14 of an impeller 10, a composite material containing resin is used. The impeller 10 includes, on the wall 15 of the flow passage 14, an erosion resistance layer 21 configured to impart erosion resistance, and an intermediate layer 22 interposed between the erosion resistance layer 21 and a composite material surface part 23 comprising the composite material. The hardness of the intermediate layer 22 is set between the hardness of the erosion resistance layer 21 and the hardness of the resin portion of the composite material surface part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
