Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for production of a polycarbonate resin composition capable of stably at favorable productivity producing the polycarbonate resin composition containing fluororesin having no fibril forming ability, and having small dispersion particle diameter and low permeability.SOLUTION: A method for production of a polycarbonate resin composition comprises: a) a first kneading process of feeding a polycarbonate resin to an engagement type same-direction rotation twin screw extruder, heating and kneading by a screw to melt; b) a second kneading process of feeding the fluororesin having no fibril forming ability while dispersing after the first kneading process and kneading the dispersed fluororesin and melted polycarbonate resin by the screw while controlling the resin temperature to 300°C or less; c) a process of extruding the polycarbonate resin composition after the second kneading process; and d) a process of cooling in water, the strand-shaped molten resin of the extruded polycarbonate resin composition and cutting to obtain pellets.SELECTED DRAWING: None
