Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin sheet with further-improved optical performance.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method is for a resin sheet including a first optical shape layer 22 with an array of a plurality of unit optical shape parts each having a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane, and is composed of an energy ray-curable resin configured to be cured by irradiation of energy rays. The manufacturing method includes: an energy ray-curable resin filling step of filling an uncured energy ray-curable resin 22a to a molding tool 10 having a shaping surface 10a for shaping the unit optical shape parts; an energy ray irradiation step of irradiating the energy ray-curable resin 22a with energy rays to cure the energy ray-curable resin 22a filled in the molding tool 10 in a shrinkable state; and a resin sheet manufacturing step of obtaining a resin sheet 22 from the cured energy ray-curable resin 22a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
