Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by reducing man-hours relating to each of coils inserted into a stator in an overlapped-winding manner.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises the stator, and a rotor that is provided in a rotatable manner relative to the stator. The stator includes: slots into which coils are inserted; a plurality of kinds of unit coils which are inserted into the slots at slot pitches different for each of the kinds; and a plurality of coil groups in which the plurality of kinds of unit coils are disposed in an overlapped-winding manner and disposed while being overlapped in a radial direction of the stator. Each of the coil groups has the same arrangement configuration in the state where the coil group is not inserted into the slot, and is inserted into the slot while being displaced from each other at a predetermined slot pitch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
