Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, insulating properties and flexibility in good balance, and good productivity, to provide a heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to be a basis for the sheet, to provide a method for producing the composition, and to provide an electronic part provided with the sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided the heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive composition (M) including: 100 pts.mass of at least one polymer (P); ≥0.8 pt.mass and ≤70 pts.mass of a hydroxide of a metal or a metal salt hydrate (H1) having a BET specific surface area of ≥5 m/g; ≥50 pts.mass and ≤1,200 pts.mass of alumina (L) having a BET specific surface area of ≥0.7 m/g; ≥25 pts.mass and ≤150 pts.mass of a phosphoric ester (O) which has a viscosity of ≥3,000 mPa s at 25°C, and is a liquid in the temperature region of ≥15°C and ≤100°C under atmospheric pressure; and ≥2.5 pts.mass and ≤20 pts.mass of expanded graphite powder (C). There are further provided the method for producing the composition (M), the heat-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (S) comprising the composition (M), and the electronic part provided with the sheet (S).
