PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matching system capable of safely promoting new interaction in a form that gives credibility by identifying a person with a public document.SOLUTION: A matching system 100 comprises a matching database 51 storing a matching program 53 and a My-Number list data 55a, and a communication network 90. The matching program 53 has the functions of: receiving a first matching offer 80a from an information communication terminal 10 of a first user; starting up a matching plan board; transmitting information on the matching plan board; receiving response information; transmitting reflection information; and receiving matching establishment registration information. The first matching offer 80a includes personal condition information on at least one first acquaintance 110A.
