PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piston pump capable of preventing contamination of raw material, preventing raw material from flowing into a storing chamber and at the same time easily performing both washing and disinfection.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a piston pump comprising: a raw material compressing cylinder having a cylinder chamber with its rear end part being released; a plunger; a table block for supporting the raw material compressing cylinder with a slight inclination angle of a central axis of the plunger while a cylinder head faces down in a gravity direction; a storing chamber for receiving the plunger; a linear driving device for moving the plunger to reciprocate; a suction port arranged at the head part of the raw material compression cylinder in an upward facing manner in the gravity direction; a discharging port arranged in a downward facing manner in the gravity direction. A member in the storing chamber causes the plunger to be drawn into the storing chamber and enables the cylinder chamber and the storing chamber to be communicated to each other when a reciprocating member of the linear driving device is moved to the final end at its stroke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
