Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a native linear RNA molecule which can be produced in a simple manner and has nuclease resistance. The present invention provides an RNA molecule which is characterized by comprising a nucleotide sequence represented by general formula (1) or a nucleotide sequence substantially comprising the above-mentioned nucleotide sequence but having the mutation in one to several nucleotides therein, and is also characterized by having nuclease resistance capability. 5'-GGUUAGGGUUACX1X2X3X4X5X6X7X8X9X10X11X12X13X14X15X16ACGAAACAAAAAAUGG-3' (1) [In formula (1), X1 to X16 independently represent any nucleotide selected from adenine, cytosine, guanine and uracil.]
