Abstract:
To provide a micro light-emitting diode display device that has uniform light-emitting luminance.SOLUTION: A micro light-emitting diode display device is provided that includes: a circuit board; an epitaxy structure; and a conductive layer. The epitaxy structure is electrically connected to the circuit board, and includes a connecting layer, and a plurality of light emitting mesas. The plurality of light emitting mesas is disposed on the connection layer, in which the thickness of the connection layer is thinner than that of the plurality of light emitting mesas, and the connection layer has a first surface exposed by the plurality of light emitting mesas, and a second surface on a side opposite the first surface. The conductive layer is disposed on the second surface of the connection layer and exposes a plurality of sub-regions of the second surface, and a perpendicular projection of the conductive layer to the connection layer overlaps with a perpendicular projection of the first surface to the connection layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
