Abstract:
To provide a milk inspection device capable of easily measuring a fat content, a protein content, or a vitamin B2 content of milk and dairy products.SOLUTION: Disclosed an inspection device includes: a light source to generate scattered light or fluorescence from milk or dairy products; a photodetector for measuring scattered light and fluorescence; and an optical fiber connecting therebetween. The inspection device measures fat content, protein content, or vitamin B2 content of milk and dairy products using the backscattered light intensity and the fluorescence intensity of milk and dairy products.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
