Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor unit for a hybrid system which improves the replacement workability of an oil seal which puts a motor chamber, in which a motor is housed, into the sealing state.SOLUTION: An oil cooling type motor using a rotation shaft 15, to which output of an engine is transmitted, as an output shaft is housed in a motor chamber 26, and the motor chamber 26 is defined by a rear retainer 62 pivotally supporting the rotation shaft 15 through a bearing 67. An input shaft 20 of a transmission is connected with one end part of the rotation shaft 15, and the rear retainer 62 has a recessed part 66 that may enclose an outer peripheral part of the rotation shaft 15. The recessed part 66 is covered by an oil seal retainer 68 pivotally supporting the rotation shaft 15 through an oil seal 69. A resolver 71 is housed in a resolver chamber 70 formed by the rotation shaft 15, the rear retainer 62, and the oil seal retainer 68.
