Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the capability of customization and control in a service which uses logical numbers.SOLUTION: An application server 1 receives a logical number at the time of a call origination request from an originating telephone terminal 21 and transmits the logical number to a subscriber server 2. The subscriber server 2 receives the logical number from the application server 1 and terminates the call to a telephone terminal (a telephone terminal 22, for example) corresponding to a physical number mapped to the logical number in a mapping table.
