Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method of evaluating a diagnostic result, while improving reliability of the diagnostic result of driving behavior of a driver.SOLUTION: A driving support apparatus 1 diagnoses a driving type of a driver from multiple points of view, on the basis of a combination of results obtained by determining a plurality of driving characteristics. Reliability of a result of diagnosing driving behavior of a driver is higher than the case of diagnosing the driving type on the basis of only a result of determining specific driving characteristics, and an evaluation method of the diagnostic result can be improved. The driver can intuitively know whether his or her driving type has achieved a desired driving type or not, without considering a level of the specific driving characteristic, thereby continuously improving driving behavior as the driver desires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
