Abstract:
The present invention realizes a portable terminal capable of reliably actuating an erroneous-operation-preventing function in a specific situation in which an erroneous operation may easily be performed. A smartphone (1) is provided with a first contact sensor (13R), a second contact sensor, and a touch-panel display unit at the right-side face, the left-side face, and the front face of the smartphone, respectively. While both of the two contact sensors detect a touch of a hand, an operation-invalid area is provided in the display unit.
