PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow improvement of designability of a provided object.SOLUTION: Among a plurality of photographic images obtained by multiple times of photographing performed in mutually different photographic ranges, only photographic images obtained by photographing in one of the photographic ranges are used to create an image to be provided in which a plurality of the photographic images are fused, and the created image to be provided is provided.
