To provide a pneumatic tire whose low noise performance is improved while running performance on an unpaved road is increased and uneven wear resistance is excellently maintained.SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire, a narrow groove 11 is disposed so as to extend over the whole periphery of the tire along a tire circumferential direction on a tire equator CL of a tread part 1; a plurality of lug grooves 12 that extend from the narrow groove 11 outwardly in a tire width direction on both sides of the tire equator and reach a tread end E are formed at a distance in the tire circumferential direction; an end part communicated with the narrow groove 11 of the lug grooves 12 is arranged on a step-in side from the end part of the tread end E side of the lug grooves 12; and the lug grooves 12 are curved or bent in such a manner that concerning first to fourth areas A to D divided as a result of quadrisecting an area from the tire equator to the tread end, an average angle θb of the lug grooves 12 in the second area B is smaller than an average angle θa of the lug grooves 12 in the first area A, and an average angle θcd of the lug grooves 12 in the third area C and the fourth area D is larger than the average angle θb of the lug grooves 12 in the third area C and the fourth area D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
