Abstract:
To provide a polishing pad which can polish a workpiece preferably.SOLUTION: A polishing pad is used to polish a workpiece which is formed of a metal, by using loose grains. The polishing pad has a pad body formed by an elastic sheet. The pad body includes: an annular base; and protruding parts each of which is connected to the base and extends so as to incline relative to a radial direction of the base in a plan view.
