Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a powdery composition which is a preparation containing moisture and oil in a well-balanced manner and having an excellent roughness-ameliorating effect and yet exhibiting a fresh feeling and high compatibility and which has a powdery appearance but liquefies and shows a good usability with no frictional feeling when applied to the skin. The powdery composition according to the present invention is characterized by: comprising (a) a flat powder coated with fluorinated aluminum hydroxide, (b) an oily component having a surface tension value of 20 mN/m or greater, and (c) an aqueous component having a surface tension value of 45-65 mN/m inclusive; and liquefying upon application with rubbing. Further, the powdery composition according to the present invention is characterized in that the content of component (b) is 1-50 mass% and the composition ratio of component (b) to component (c) is from 1:10 to 3:1.
