Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage control device and a power storage system provided with the power storage control device capable of securing human safety (evacuation and the like) by lighting up in night time and even in day time in a place where no natural light penetrates when an earthquake happens causing power failure, and grasping the condition of a home including an electric appliance.SOLUTION: An autonomous output of a power storage system 100 is divided into an autonomous output 13 for other than lighting use and an autonomous output 14 exclusive for lighting use connected with lighting devices 16-19. A power storage control device 1 includes an earthquake sensor 9 for detecting vibration of an earthquake. When the earthquake sensor 9 detects an earthquake larger than a predetermined magnitude, the power storage control device stops automatic supply of discharging power from a storage battery 2 to the autonomous output 13 for other than lighting use, and on the other hand, automatically supplies discharging power from the storage battery 2 to the autonomous output 14 exclusive for lighting use, to put on the lighting devices 16-19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
