Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that highly accurately and simply predicts an in-vehicle sound occurring when a vehicle runs on a specific road surface.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle sound prediction method includes: a first process S1 that calculates a vehicle body frequency response function F from a first axle acceleration a1 when oscillating an axle 4 of a vehicle body 2 and a first in-vehicle sound p1 occurring when vibrating the axle 4; a second process S2 that calculates a vehicle wheel frequency response function G from second road surface reaction force h2 when oscillating a vehicle 1 and a second axle acceleration a2 occurring when oscillating the vehicle 1; a third process that calculates a road surface reaction force auto spectrum H from third road surface reaction force h3 reproducing a third axle acceleration a3 generating when the vehicle 1 runs on a specific road surface; and a fourth process that predicts the in-vehicle sound occurring when the vehicle 1 runs on the specific road surface Rd from the vehicle body frequency response function F, the wheel frequency response function G, and the road surface reaction force auto spectrum H.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
