Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction accuracy evaluation device and a prediction accuracy evaluation method that allow an operator to recognize prediction accuracy of variations of prediction values.SOLUTION: A prediction accuracy evaluation device S according to the present invention comprises: a variation acquisition unit 12 that acquires a plurality of actual values, and a variation of a prediction value corresponding to each of the plurality of actual values representing relation between a plurality of prediction values within a prescribed numerical range and each of the plurality of prediction values; an evaluation index computation unit 13 that obtains an evaluation index expressing a quality level in prediction accuracy of the variation of each prediction value on the basis of the variation of the prediction values acquired by the variation acquisition unit 12; and an output unit 3 that outputs the evaluation index obtained by the evaluation index computation unit 13.
