Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of preventing concentrated accesses to a base station during congestion, and capable of performing calling processing with priority given to a user terminal.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes: M2M (machine-to-machine) equipment 20 communicating between mutual equipment; mobile equipment 30 used by a user; and a base station 10. When communication through the base station 10 is in a congestion condition, the base station 10 once rejects calling processing of the mobile equipment 30 and the M2M equipment 20. Thereafter, the base station 10 preferentially accepts calling processing for the mobile equipment 30, and thereafter, accepts calling processing for the M2M equipment 20.
