Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an approval system capable of increasing efficiency of approval processing by automatically performing personal authentication for determining whether or not a signer is proper and document authentication for determining whether or not a document is proper, when an approver signs a signature-requesting document to approve it.SOLUTION: A state where a signer signs a document is continuously captured by photographing means 4. On the basis of captured image data obtained and document data stored in a document database 1, a first determination is performed so as to determine whether or not the captured document corresponds to a signature-requesting document. On the basis of the captured image data and signature data stored in a signature database, a second determination is performed so as to determine whether or not the signer who has signed the document corresponds to a signer corresponding to the signature data. On the basis of the results of these determinations, a third determination is performed so as to determine whether or not a relationship between the document and the signer corresponds to a relation, being predefined in an approval database, between the signature-requesting document and an approver who should sign the signature-requesting document.
