To provide a method for dynamically increasing and updating metadata owned by each content without troubling a manufacturer by executing processing to coordinate contents, and setting the sum group of the two metadata of the contents as new meta data.
This contents coordinating system to be used in this metadata management method is configured of a contents registering part 1 which registers and releases contents, a coordinating component management part 2 which provides coordinating components corresponding to the contents, a browser part 3 which executes the setting of a path for message communication and the display of contents between the coordinating components and the contents and an inter-component communication part 4 which transmits the coordination message received from the coordinating components to the other coordinating components applied to each contents registered in this system, and transmits a return message received from the other coordinating components to the coordinating components.
