Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable cement-based composite material capable of thick coating, and, while making the use of the advantages of the curable cement-based composite material that cracks can be suppressed to a fine level (ordinarily, about 0.1 mm) even if being subjected to an excessive bending moment and shear force, in which the repair face can secure a rapid grade, verticality, applicability (thick coating, sagging, peeling) when being coated to a ceiling face and prescribed quality, and a repair method using the same.SOLUTION: The curable cement-based composite material is used for being pasted on a repair face, and the addition amounts of a thickener and a high performance AE water reduction agent are adjusted in accordance with the following matrix table in such a manner that its viscosity reaches the one capable of plasterer finishing in accordance with the properties and gradient conditions of the repair face.
