Abstract:
【課題】芯線の強度低下がなく、芯線からのレジンボンドの剥離を低減し、砥粒の固着力を高めたレジンボンドソーワイヤを提供する。【解決手段】レジンボンドソーワイヤ１０は、金属から成る芯線１１と、前記芯線１１の表面に配置される複数の砥粒１２と、前記砥粒１２を前記芯線１１の表面に固着させるレジンボンド１３と、を備え、前記芯線１１の表面に長手方向に延びる直線状の溝が形成され、前記溝に前記レジンボンド１３が入り込んでいる。【選択図】図１
