Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a cured product having a 10-point average roughness (Rz) and a low coefficient of linear thermal expansion, high peel strength, and alleviated frangibleness even when an inorganic filler having a small average particle diameter or a large specific surface area is used. The resin composition comprises: (A) an epoxy resin; (B) an active ester-based curing agent; (C) a polyimide resin having a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon skeleton; and (D) an inorganic filler having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less.
