Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal surface treatment resin emulsion having excellent dispersibility of an inorganic substance and debinding property at low temperatures.SOLUTION: A metal surface treatment resin emulsion includes particles of a resin dispersed in an aqueous medium, and the resin contains (A) a constitutional unit having an alkyl group having 4 or more carbons and derived from a methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer that has neither a hydroxyl group nor a carboxyl group, (B) a constitutional unit derived from (meth)acrylic monomer having at least one of the hydroxyl group and carboxyl group, and (C) a constitutional unit that has an oxyalkylene group and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and is derived from a nonionic surfactant having an average additional mole of the oxyalkylene group of 12 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
