Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of monitoring a processing state over a long time, by extending the battery service life, by providing a switch for surely turning on and off an electric circuit by centrifugal force generated by rotation in a rotary tool.SOLUTION: A rotary tool mounted on a machine tool comprises a sensor for converting a state of the rotary tool into an electric signal, an electric circuit for transmitting the signal to an external part by receiving the electric signal of the sensor, a battery for supplying a power source to the electric circuit and a centrifugal switch connected between the battery and the electric circuit and executing ON/OFF operation by centrifugal force, and in the centrifugal switch, a plurality of centrifugal switches are arranged by changing an angle around the central axis of the rotary tool, and the plurality of centrifugal switches are connected in series.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
