Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of manufacturing a power transmission belt having improved abrasion resistance compared to conventional powder transmission belts and less in deterioration of thermal aging resistance even when a softening agent is highly filled and blended.SOLUTION: The rubber composition for power transmission belt has a constitutional units derived from ethylene (a1), α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms (a2) and non-conjugated polyene having total 2 or more specific partial structures in a molecule (a3) and contains 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene α-olefin non-conjugated polyene copolymer less in long chain branch (A) and 20 pts.wt. to 150 pts.wt. of a softening agent (E).SELECTED DRAWING: None
