Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval system for accurately extracting guide items with no omission by extracting secondary elements to be derived from an operation characteristic of an information asset, too.SOLUTION: A secondary characteristic DB 302 stores one or more pieces of term information in which an information asset term showing an information asset, an operation term showing an operation related to the information asset, and an operation related term related to the operation, are associated with each other. A retrieval control part 201 acquires a related word related to a retrieval key, a secondary retrieval part 203 extracts the operation related term from the term information in which the information asset term and the operation term are included in the related word, and a guide item retrieval part 204 uses the retrieval key, the related word and the operation related term to retrieve a guide line DB 303.
