Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user who logs in to a service and runs a session with one of a plurality of service provision apparatuses to resume the session with the same service provision apparatus when the user logs in again to the service later.SOLUTION: A generator unit 24, when identification information of a user is included in a request received by a reception unit 18, generates context information specific to the authenticated user using the identification information, and a determination unit 26 determines presence of context information identical to the generated context information in a common database. When identical context information is not present, a transmission unit 28 stores the context information in association with a session ID of its own apparatus and sends a response to a session management server 4 and, when determined to be present, sends a response with the session ID associated with the context information to the session management server 4.
