Abstract:
To provide a seat which enables an outer belt to retreat when an occupant gets in or off a vehicle while securing functions of a seat belt and a cushion.SOLUTION: In a seat 100 including a three-point seat belt device 200, a belt anchor 250 is displaced relative to a vehicle body so that an end of an outer belt 212 shifts between a wearing state in which the end part of the outer belt is located adjacent to a side part of a waist of an occupant P and a width direction of the outer belt is set close to an anteroposterior direction and a get-in/off state in which the end of the outer belt is spaced apart from the side part of the waist compared to the wearing state and the width direction of the outer belt is set close to a lateral direction. The seat 100 has a cushion retreat part 300 which retreats an interference part 114 interfering with at least one of the outer belt and the belt anchor in a cushion 110 when the end of the outer belt shifts between the wearing state and the get-in/off state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
