Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the scattering and mixing capacity of a screw type feeding device by a method wherein auxiliary agitating blades are arranged in a chute part also serving as a stock feed opening so as to mix two or more different stocks in advance with the rotating auxiliary agitating blades in order to finally feed the resultant stock to a screw.
SOLUTION: Auxiliary agitating blades 6 and a screw 3 are relatively rotatable under the state that the outer diametral part of the auxiliary agitating blade 6 is accepted by the notched part 3a of a screw 3. As a result, a stock falling on the screw 3 side under the state being agitating with the auxiliary blades 6 is highly agitated and mixed with the relatively rotating auxiliary agitating blades 6 and the screw 3 and then moved to the screw 3 side. Next, as the motor of a rotatingly driving source 11 for rotatingly driving the screw, a variable motor, the rotary speed of which can be changed, As the motor of a rotatingly driving source 12 for rotatingly driving the auxiliary agitating blades 6, a constant speed motor, the rotary speed of which is constant, is employed. By changing the peripheral speed of the screw 3, a favorable agitating and mixing action is obtained.
