Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance conversion efficiency of a solar cell while reducing the manufacturing cost thereof, by solving the problems of prior art involved in the formation of a transparent electrode layer on the light-receiving surface side at the photoelectric conversion part of the solar cell.SOLUTION: In a solar cell having a photoelectric conversion part, and a transparent electrode layer and a collector electrode on one principal surface of the photoelectric conversion part, in this order, the collector electrode has a first collector electrode and a second collector electrode, in this order, from the transparent electrode layer side, the transparent electrode layer has amorphous first transparent electrode layer and second transparent electrode layer, in this order, from the photoelectric conversion part side, and the film thickness d1 of the first transparent electrode layer and the film thickness d2 of the second transparent electrode layer satisfy a relationship of d1>d2.
