Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum monomer capable of producing a polymer expressing a small volume change through polymerization and having hydrolysis resistance, to provide a raw material for the monomer, a method for producing the material and a composition by using the monomer. SOLUTION: This spiroketal compound is expressed by general formula (I) (wherein Ar expresses a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-20C aryl). Alkynediol is expressed by general formula (V) (wherein Ar expresses a substituted or nonsubstituted 6-20C aryl). The method for producing the spiroketal compound is to doubly cyclize the alkynediol compound. The objective composition contains the spirolketal compound.
