Abstract:
To provide a technology that can provide improvement in performance effect on a spray device.SOLUTION: A spray device 12 includes: a mist nozzle 14 for spraying a mist flow; and an illuminator 16 for irradiating a jetting range S1 of the mist nozzle 14 with illumination light. The spray device 12 includes multiple mist nozzles 14. The multiple mist nozzles 14 may be disposed on both sides in a direction orthogonal to an optical axis of illumination light relative to the optical axis. The multiple mist nozzles 14 may be arrayed annularly so as to surround the optical axis of illumination light when being viewed from an optical axis direction of the irradiation light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
