Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam turbine blade for thickening a ceramic film and for suppressing the separation of the ceramic film by a thermal stress.SOLUTION: A steam turbine blade of an embodiment comprises: a substrate 23 made of metal; an intermediate layer 22 formed of ceramics or metal in at least a portion of the surface of the substrate 23; and an anti-oxidation layer 21 formed of a ceramic film on the surface of that intermediate layer 22. The linear expansion coefficient of the intermediate layer 22 is set between the linear expansion coefficient of the substrate 23 and the linear expansion coefficient of the anti-oxidation layer 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
