When an inclined angle formed by the normal line of the surface (0001) of a particle of the hexagonal phase relative to the normal line direction of the surface of the matrix is detected, the zoning of the inclined angle in the range of 2-12 degrees has peak value and the degree proportion occupied in the zoning of the inclined angle is more than 40%, preferably, the average aspect ratio Alpha c of the cubic phase is less than 2, the average particle width Omega c is less than 0.3 [mu]m, and moreover, the average aspect ratio Alpha h of the hexagonal phase is more than 2, and the average particle width Omega h is in the range of 0.1-2 [mu]m.
