Abstract:
To provide a conveyance container with a structure that can be delivered in a short delivery time by reducing the manufacturing process of the conveyance container.SOLUTION: A metal frame 1 is provided with a plurality of lateral beams 2 made of square pipes in parallel at appropriate intervals. A receiving material 3 is arranged on the lateral beam 2 such that its longitudinal direction and the longitudinal direction of the lateral beam 2 are aligned with each other. A recessed part 32 is provided in an upper side surface 31 of the receiving material 3, and a plurality of openings 7 penetrating both side surfaces are provided at a low position. A metal plate 4 is fixed to the lateral beam 2 with an upper side slightly retracted from the receiving material 3 and has the opening 7 which communicates with a through hole 5. A clip 10 has: a columnar base part that has a cross section that fills the opening 7 and extends in the front-rear direction; a pair of hook parts 12 that are spaced from the base part to the left and right in parallel; and a plate-shaped head on the front side of the base part. The clip 10 is passed through the opening 7 and the through hole 5 so that the head is on the receiving material 3 side and a collar part is on the metal plate 4 side, and the receiving material 3 is fastened to the metal plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
