Abstract:
To ensure required rigidity by using a closed cross-sectional structure for a back side frame for a seat back frame and to achieve easy manufacture and a weight reduction.SOLUTION: At least one of left and right back side frames 30, 31 has a hollow closed cross-sectional structure that is open downward. A plate-like bracket 42, projecting upward from a cushion frame 2 side and to be joined to an internal surface of the back side frame 30 having the closed cross-sectional structure, is inserted into an opening in the back side frame 30 having the closed cross-sectional structure. The plate-like bracket 42 has: a body plate part for the bracket 42; and a bent plate part 42c, bent away from this body plate part. The bent plate part 42c is in contact with an inside surface of the back side frame 30 having the closed cross-sectional structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
