Abstract:
To sustain the performance of supporting an upper vehicle component on an upper side in a vehicle of a rear floor panel.SOLUTION: A vehicle understructure includes a rear floor panel 10a, side members 11, and a cross member 25. In the vehicle understructure, a support body 70 supporting a battery B or tank T (upper vehicle component) is disposed on an upper side in a vehicle of the rear floor panel 10a. On a lower side in the vehicle of the rear floor panel 10a, a brace 20 joined to the cross member 25 and side members 11 is disposed. The brace 20 is joined to an undersurface of the rear floor panel 10a. The support body 70 includes: brace-side fixtures 70a that are located on parts of an upper surface of the rear floor panel 10a which overlap the brace 20 and that are fixed to the brace 20; and side member-side fixtures 70b fixed to the side members 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
