Abstract:
To suppress renewal of a program from being interrupted by power shortage.SOLUTION: A vehicle comprises: a high voltage-system circuit 30, a low-voltage system circuit 40, a DC-DC converter 60, a control part 52a and a radio communication part 50a. The control part 52a derives a time required in renewing a program related to a device 44 to be renewed, on the basis of information concerning data for renewal; and charges a low-voltage battery 42, in accordance with the derived time required in renewing the program related to the device 44 to be renewed, by making the DC-DC converter 60 step down output power from the high-voltage battery 32 and supplying the power to the low-voltage system circuit 40. A renewing part 46 executes renewal of the program related to the device 44 to be renewed, using output power from the low-voltage battery 42, after the low-voltage battery 42 is charged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
