To provide a vehicle capable of shortening a harness for connecting electric equipment such as a sensor or the like to a battery intensively arranged around an engine.
Though the battery 78 is stored in an air cleaner and battery storage box 82 together with an air cleaner 23, the battery 78 is arranged on the left side in the vehicle width direction of the air cleaner 23 (on this side in Fig.) in front of a cylinder 97 of a power generating engine 22 in front of a seat 17 in the rear of the vehicle more than a head pipe 96. A distance between the electric equipment such as the sensor and the battery intensively arranged around the power generating engine is shortened, and the harness for connecting the electric equipment and the battery can be shortened.
