Abstract:
To reduce load added to lining material when bending a lined pipeline.SOLUTION: A bender apparatus for bending a lined pipeline includes: an extrusion bar; a wheel provided at a tip of the extrusion bar and having a wheel groove part in which the lined pipeline is held during bending; and a pair of left and right roller parts supporting the lined pipeline during bending. The wheel groove part includes a first wheel groove part formed in a tapered shape and a second wheel groove part including a continuous groove part continuous to the first wheel groove part, a width of the continuous groove part being larger than an outer diameter of a pipeline included in the lined pipeline.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
