Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability while simplifying and reducing manufacturing costs of devices in a plate fastening system and a printing apparatus.SOLUTION: A printing apparatus includes: a plate fastening device 73 to fasten a printing plate 71 by being locked to an end portion of the printing plate 71 having a locking claw 74a wound around an outer circumferential surface of a plate cylinder 41a; a locking claw operation cylinder 79 to engage/disengage the locking claw 74a with/from the end portion of the printing plate 71; and a controller to actuate the locking claw operation cylinder 79 after the elapse of preset predetermined time when an operation command signal of the locking claw operation cylinder 79 is inputted to the controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
