Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage monitoring device and a voltage monitoring method capable of securing reliability for a long term.SOLUTION: A reference voltage generation section generates reference voltage. A measurement section measures voltage of a voltage monitoring target on the basis of the reference voltage generated by the reference voltage generation section. An environment detection section detects a physical quantity in environment in which the reference voltage generation section is disposed. A storage section stores a cumulative value of the physical quantity in the environment in which the reference voltage generation section is disposed and a correction value indicating variation of the reference voltage from an initial value in association with each other. A correction section reads, from the storage section, the correction value corresponding to the cumulative value obtained by accumulating the physical quantity in the environment which is detected by the environment detection section over time of use of the reference voltage generation section. The reference voltage generation section corrects the reference voltage generated by itself on the basis of the correction value read by the correction section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
