Abstract:
【課題】 管体の軸芯を合致させ管体同士を溶着する。【解決手段】 管体１ｃ、１ｄを取り付けるワーク台１０ａ、１０ｂには、Ｚ方向移動手段２０ａ、２０ｂが連結されている。ワーク台１０ａにはＸ方向移動手段、ワーク台１０ｂにはＹ方向移動手段４０が連結されている。管体１ｃ、１ｄのＸ軸及びＹ軸方向の位置計測のために、Ｘ方向位置測定手段及びＹ方向位置測定手段６０が配置されている。管体１ｃ、１ｄを加熱するヒータ板７０にはヒータ移動手段が連結されている。管体１ｃ、１ｄのＸ軸及びＹ軸方向の寸法を測定し、得られた軸芯の差をなくすように、ワーク台１０ａをＸ軸方向、ワーク台１０ｂをＹ軸方向に移動して、軸芯をＺ軸方向に合致させる。ヒータ板７０を管体１ｃ、１ｄ間に挿入し熱放射により加熱する。Ｚ軸方向にワーク台１０ａ、１０ｂを動かして、軟融した管体１ｃ、１ｄ同士を圧接により溶着する。【選択図】図３
