Abstract:

To provide a technology which allows a wireless communication device to form an appropriate connection state.SOLUTION: A printer 10 establishes non-WFD connection with an AP 4, by utilizing a non-WFD channel value Vap. Subsequently, the printer 10 determines a WFD channel value Vwfd matching the non-WFD channel value Vap, with reference to the non-WFD channel value Vap. The printer 10 performs WPS negotiation by utilizing the WFD channel value Vwfd, and establishes WFD connection with a portable terminal 8. Consequently, a state where both the WFD connection of the printer 10 with the portable terminal 8, and the non-WFD connection of the printer 10 with the AP 4 are established is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
